Egg Roll Class

Howdy Folks! We finally have another class on the calendar!  Come and learn how to make Vietnamese crispy egg rolls with both the traditional wrappers, as well as, rice paper for gluten-free eaters!

My small group classes are lots of fun and educational! After instruction, we fry them up and make vermicelli bowls for lunch!
